The fully independent Members are constituted and regulated in accordance with relevant local regulatory and legal requirements.
The use of the name MENA LEGAL or BREXENDORFF & ASSOCIATES or other tradenames and logos associated to our association (see below under trademarks), is for description purposes only and does not imply that the Members are in a partnership or are part of a LLP. The responsibility for the provision of services to the client is defined in the terms of engagement between the respective Member and the client and each Member is to be regarded from liability, tax and any other perspective as fully independent and not resulting in any such of any other Member.
The Swiss Association is by itself never direct contracting or mandating party and is not providing any kind of consulting services, but each Member or associated partner, which is fully liable and responsible for all aspects mentioned above.
All references on this website to “BREXENDORFF & ASSOCIATES”, "MENA LEGAL", "the firm", "we" or "us" mean, except where clearly stated, one or more of the Members by each of the separate Members. No member firm or any of its partners or professionals acts as agent for any other Member or any of its associated partners. No individual partner or professional in any Member has authority to bind any other Member.

How do we treat email you sent us ?
Our webpages have a "Contact" button, which activates your e-mail software or a “Newsletter” button, which invites you to leave your contact details to a specific functional mailbox.
When you send such a message, your personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to reply but will not be stored or processed and any information or newsletters you should receive you may reject and inform and request deletion of your email address and other data from our respective purpose orientated database, which we would execute with immediate effect.
